It's so easy to forget about the beauty that's all around us. We forget people are beautiful when we're stuck in traffic, we forget there's beauty in nature while were stuck in our cubicle all day. As a photographer I have the privilege of rediscovering that beauty every day. I look at a face and see a loving mother, a dedicated father, a child with endless possibilities. I look at the city and see the heart of a million people. I walk through our parks and see people reconnecting with beauty for a brief time. Every day I make an effort to capture the essence of the beauty all around us.
